NAWIDWID FALLS
Add the mystic Nawidwid falls to your list!
Nawidwid Falls is not the kind to miss when visiting Ibajay, Aklan. With 50 meters in height, cascading falling waters surrounded by rocks and trees, and beneath the falls is a shallow area where visitors would enjoy.
Transportation from Ibajay town proper to Aparicio ranges from motorcycles (haba-habal), tricycles, and vans for commuters. From the boundary, the drop-off point of Mina-a, a 1 hour - 1 hour and 30 minute walk to reach the barangay proper and then another 30 minute walk to reach the falls.
The terrain towards the falls is a trek with different terrains with lush greens. Small streams are to be crossed and you will encounter big rocks many times.
Not only is the falls fun, but the journey towards the location is a worthy experience.

KATUNGGAN IT IBAJAY
If a nature trip is your thing, visiting Katunggan it Ibajay - Mangrove Eco- Park will fulfill your wish! It is at Bugtong-bato, Ibajay, Aklan and very easy to reach by visitors.
You can find different species of trees in the area. It has 27 mangrove species, making it the only mangrove community that homes 77% of the total of Philippines mangrove species.

SNIBA FALLS
Ibajay can offer a variety of tourist spots and one of those is the Sniba-a Falls found in Aparicio, Ibajay, Aklan.
A few minutes' hike from the barangay proper, the serene atmosphere of the falling waters will welcome you when you reach the destination.

Among the recommended destinations in Ibajay, Mt. Balinsayaw will be one on the list!
Mt. Balinsayaw is a rock mountain that has a vast view of green, the sea and the feeling of being close to touching the clouds from the top. It is the pride of the people of the barangay and has the highest peak in Mabusao, Ibajay, Aklan.
The long trek is satisfying with encounters of streams from below of the mountain, while hiking up, the lush mountains and the sky that surrounds.
TRILOGY IN PAEANTAWAN
Paeantawan, at Barangay Sta, Cruz in Ibajay, has its service in the past. A round mountain with three summits, a deep dip in the centre, and a narrow opening facing west is described. From the highest point, one can overlook the Sibuyan Sea, the Poblacion, and the municipality's different barangays. The place once served as both observation and battery posts of the Japanese during WWII.
