Open style battles were conducted where participants from different provinces and invited battlers competed against each other showcasing different styles of street dancing including popping, locking, and break dance.
Shane Villaflor from Kalibo, won the 1v1 open style battle while Clone Blackzik, from the same province, won the invitational 7-to-smoke open style category.
Winners brought home cash prizes, shoes, certificates, and merchandise sponsored by Lillian Quimpo Tirol Kalivibes Clothing and more.
Regardless of the event being cut short due to curfew, the organizers said it still ended up better than expected.
"Solid yung nangyari. If wala lang sanang curfew meron pa sanang jam and callouts kaso kailangan na namin tapusin before 11:00 p.m," said Joseph Zonio Jr., event organizer.
