A "birthday like no other" was celebrated by Palawan's most wanted person when a supposedly "happy birthday" turned gray as he faced an arrest by the Altavas Municipal Police Station (MPS) last April 19, at Brgy. Caticlan, Malay, Aklan.

Allan Barrientos Delos Angeles, a 44-year-old resident of Brgy. Caticlan, had a standing warrant of arrest for the crimes of illegal possession of firearms and frustrated murder issued by the Branch 51 RTC of Puerto Princesa.
After the successful police operation, personnel of Altavas MPS found out that Delos Angeles it was actually his birthday during his arrest and surprised the captive with a birthday cake courtesy of Altavas MPS.
Delos Angeles is now under the custody of Altavas PNP and is to be turned-over to the Palawan PNP to face the court concerned.
