PSC Visayas Cluster Director Mr. Nonnato “Nonnie” P. Lopez led the discussion of the workshop's objectives in cooperation with League of Mayors of the Philippines-Aklan Chapter President Ibajay Mayor Jose Enrique "Joen" Miraflores, PSC Liaison for Aklan Sports Event and Kalibo SB Member Phillip Y. Kimpo, Numancia Mayor Jeserel Templonuevo, and Nabas Mayor James Solanoy.
About 40 participants participated in the event consisting of different government officials and sports personalities such as LGU mayors, officials, coaches, athletes, sports associations, and various school-based athletic leagues.
